Short bio.
Ana Urrutia is an associate professor at the University of the Basque Country. She holds Ph. D. in Economics from the University of the Basque Country. Her area of research interest lies in the measurement of inequality, poverty and welfare economic. Most of her publications are articles in Journal of Economic Inequality, the Review of Income and Wealth, Social Choice and Welfare. They are related with characterizations of aggregative measures fulfilling some new properties as the multiplicative decomposibility, the unit-consistency, and the Pigou- Dalton bundle dominance.
